Are you one of those who believe in the results of the survey? If true, then a report from Consumer Reports is worth your look. Consumer Reports is one of the divisions that exist in the leading research institute National Research.

In his latest report, Consumer Reports asked 10,000 consumers who have bought the phone in the last 2 years. A number of questions were asked to determine their general level of satisfaction on phones that have been purchased. The result? Apple is at the top!

From the data collected by Consumer Reports, consumers who bought an iPhone at the Apple Store or via Apple.com has a higher satisfaction than those who buy phones (except the iPhone) at other retail stores. Retail stores such as Costco and BestBuy have an average value both in terms of service and price but still the highest score was on Apple, both in terms of ease of shopping and services provided.

The results of this survey really is not so surprising. As you know, Apple has a premium class service both in the online store and Apple retail stores. Site Apple store, for example, has a user interface that is extremely easy to use as Apple's retail stores have skilled staff in understanding the potential consumers desire.

And what about you, more like shopping at Apple.com iPhone or Apple retail store? Or, in the reseller nearest your home?
